MAKING A PURCHASE. This could not be easier. Just browse through our online store, filling out personalisation requirements as requested then click the add to order button on any items you wish to purchase. After you have finished making your selections, click on 'checkout' and fill in your details.
AFTER PLACING YOUR ORDER. Once we receive your order if you have omitted any information we will send you an email. asking for you to forward it. PLEASE KEEP A LOOK OUT FOR THIS MESSAGE AND REPLY AS SOON AS YOU CAN as we can not begin crafting your item until we receive this information. Please also check your spam folder!
EDIT YOUR ORDER. If you wish to change your order once it has been placed please telephone us on 01270 748021, and providing your item is not already in production we will endeavor to alter your requirements. If your item has already been personalised unfortunately we will be unable to amend it.
CANCEL MY ORDER. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, telephone us on 01270 748021 with all of the relevant details asking us to cancel your order. If we have already commenced crafting your item you will not be able to cancel it.
PAYMENT TERMS. We accept Paypal and all major credit and debit cards which are powered by Paypal If you live locally and want to collect your order, please get in touch prior to placing your order and this can be arranged. Payment can be accepted in cash if collected in person.
SHIPPING & HANDLING. As all our items are made to your own specific requirements, please allow 4 to 5 working days for your item/s to be crafted before dispatch. We ship to UK only and dispatch Monday to Friday by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery (1 to 2 day) During the Coronavirus problems there may be a slight delay in your delivery.
PRICE GUIDELINES FOR POSTAGE AND PACKING COSTS ARE:- Royal Mail FIRST CLASS signed for £4.99 per item plus £2.50 for each additional item, up to a maximum postage cost of £25.00
RETURNS. As our items are individually personalised for you, we do not accept returns if you decide you no longer want the items
RETURNS - FAULTY ITEMS In the case of faulty goods, damaged on delivery, please contact us immediately. Damaged goods or discrepancies must be notified within 48 hours of receipt and damaged parcels MUST be signed for as damaged at the time of delivery
NON DELIVERY - All items are sent recorded delivery. Any non delivery must be reported within 14 days of posting date, otherwise we can not be held liable.
TAX CHARGE VAT is not charged on our products
